Our time on track follows tens of thousands of years of Aboriginal people living here, even through the last ice age. This is an ancient land, with an ancient culture that is rich and complex. Let's take some time to understand some of these important stories.

The natural history of this continent is truly ancient and unique. The geology & climate has given rise to a very special ecology with a very diverse range of plants and animals. Developing an eye for this variety makes walking even more enjoyable allowing you to spot the amazing wildflowers, hear the distinct bird calls or even to know when to keep an eye out for koala.
