Help!
I use an ancient yahoo email account, because technological change usually sends me into a confused tailspin. It's in the form xxxxx@yahoo.com.au
And I haven't linked that to my mobile phone number as they keep asking me to do, because..., well.., let's just say I don't want to at this stage.
I've received 'an important message from Yahoo':
It looks as though you haven't signed in to X*********NUMBERNUMBER for quite a while.
Please sign in to your account on Yahoo within the next 30 days if you'd like to keep your account active.
I have no idea what account that is, or if it's my actual email account. I go into Help, where I'm told I can get help via email, chat rooms, etc, etc, but I cannot for the life of me find anywhere I can do that. Failing that, I can get 'community help'. However, to do that, I have to sign in to some unknown account or other. I'm really keen to keep this email address, as I'm so unorganised that it'd take me a month to work out who I have to notify to change this email address. Actually, at the moment it just wouldn't be possible at all. I don't do groups. I just deal with emails as they come in.
Does anybody here know which end is up with this? Thanks for any thoughts, and please have mercy on this Bear of Very Little Brain.
