Bushwalkers on Twitter

Postby Explorer_Sam » Tue 11 Mar, 2014 3:40 pm

I recently signed up to twitter and since then have followed as many adventurers and people of the outdoors as possible. I haven't been able to find many Australian bushwalkers... if you're on twitter, please let me know. You can follow me @Sambo_Christie.

Problem with twitter is, one gets buried by the volume if tweets.
Just move it!

+1. Very easy to get caught up in the volumes of tweets and you can easily get lost.

You can follow John Evans. Enjoy seeing his photos and reading his reports.

Twitter is a good for up to the minute event changes or one to many broadcast. Bad when the volume is too large and get buried. Need to be selective.
Just move it!

I'm on Twitter, probably far too much, at @neil_fahey and @bushwalkingblog.

Once you're following a heap of people the volume can get a bit much, but that's where lists come in handy.
