Hmmmmusic,

Gotye, yes, one talented fullah.
Gomez, always different and usually good.
Florence and the Machine, Kate Bush channeled, super talented.
Paolo Nutini, can't believe he's that young.
Ray La Montagne, for when you want to fall face first in your whiskey.
Xavier Rudd, just a beautiful dude.
Robert Plant, too cool for a man his age.

....and then there is the classics!

This weekend has most definitely been a Xavier Rudd kinda weekend :)

I usually listen to heaps of different stuff via my iPhone/iTunes, but have been listening to a couple of bands a bit more than others lately:
30 Seconds to Mars
The Gaslight Anthem

I listen to a broad range of stuff - tomorrow this list would be different.

Depending on my mood I listen to

Sigur Ros
Modest Mouse
Onelinedrawing
David Gray
Ben Howard
Justin Townes Earle
Steve Earle
Wilco
Of Monsters and Men

And I enjoy a bit of local music too, like The Colemans, Adam Cousens and Sam Cole.

Just to name a few. I'm always discovering new bands.

Sir, my favourite band.

I stole Little Creature album off my first girlfriend when I was 17 (kind of remember her, but remember every song on the album through) and since then have had to buy the record again due to playing the first one to death.

Right now, I'm listening to Karnivool.

I appreciate most kinds of music, apart from those little pop princesses blah blah blah. My favourite genres are anything with a beat! I am however, a huge lover of Folk and Metal. And when the two come together to create Folk-Metal, my gosh. Eargasm.
