Trapped! Help!

Postby Happy Pirate » Mon 26 May, 2014 7:43 pm

Moved up to Townsville on the promise of a Uni research job.
Project fell through but now I can't move back to Vic without a job promise to return to.
Is there a red button I can hit?

Sure.
Go crazy. It'll let you get away with most things.

Hey Strider
I've got a pretty decent background in Geospatial Mapping and landscape analysis as well as many related genres including fire behaviour mapping, aerial incident monitoring and asset mapping.
I'm also on Linked-In,
cheers

GIS skills are always in demand in the private sector - especially in resources / mining.

Its true, but with the downturn in mining even the opportunities to sell my soul are limited.
Problem is 90% of all work seems to be in Perth or the Gold Coast. Not many chances to get back to Vic or Tassie.
