Great! Not a lot tipped for NW Tas : ( , so now, whomever is sitting on those skycranes can they please send them south, our wilderness is in peril.

A couple of light misting showers is all that's hit my place, even with the cloud low enough to obscure the headland at the far end of the beach.

Don't know about lucky Geelong. I had 3.8mm here at Lara 15km from Geelong whilst they had 50-60mm. Avalon less than 10kn NE of here had 72mm so very localised. Just hope that good rains will fall on Tassie over the next 4 days or so.

Very localised, Norlane had over 100mm but not official of course
