Aperture 3 software on Mac

I'd be interested to hear if any of you are using Aperture software on a Mac for managing your photo libraries. I currently use iPhoto 11 as it has an effective interface for managing albums and quick access to adjustment tools. I'm thinking of upgrading to Aperture as it has more pre-canned adjustments.

Have you used it? Do you like it?

It's currently AUD $99.99 in the Mac App store which seems like a bargain to me.

I ran the beta before the final version was released. It does some things very well, but I'd still rather be using CS. I really don't care for fiddly programs where I have to import and export everything. I don't see why they can't include Bridge with it.
The editing tools are good, though. Very easy to use, very effective.

I suppose it partly comes down to what you get familiar with. As a hobbyist I can't really justify the cost of Photoshop so Aperture seems to be a cost-effective alternative. I've read of a number of people that now use Aperture for most of their editing but still fire up Photoshop for the occasional tweak.

That's pretty cheap. I'd normally suggest lightroom but you can't buy it for anything like that price.
