Beeen trying to reply to Toohp for a while now. System tells me Toohp does not exist which is probably news to his nearest and dearest.

Yes, a glitch that one. Always worth asking someone directly, it can be a while before one of us sees such comments (if at all):

Checking on a forum should not be the last thing one does before shut lids. Yet again...

This server backend problem seemed to be without resolution. Glad I am not tasked to fix it. Must be a tough cookie.

Sorry Guys -- I am working on this issue still. We have two unrelated issue causing the outages. One is due to a problem with the network management system and the other is regular 'DOS' attacks. I think I have resolved (as best I can) the DOS issues and hope to migrate to the new sever over the weekend to solve the other (still a few issues with migration - but very close now).
So hopefully next week - if not the week after we will be humming along well soon.
Matt

Yep. Sorry guys. It was a DOS Attack and I slept through the outage alert. The outages of the past seems to have gone now. But DOS attacks are hard to deal with. Will get there

Please don't apologise Matt! It's not reasonable for these matters to affect your rest time. That's the quickest way to a burn out. But just fix it before breakfast.

What's a DOS attack?
Sun 10 Nov, 2013 9:09 am
Denial of Service attack. Massive external data requests that aim to flood the server's resources and bring it down.
