Ahem... Not me! I'm 'weight-agnostic' and those guidelines were written after I retired. (If I'd written that I would have used bullet points and there would have been a capital letter at the beginning of each line - whether that's correct or not for non-sentences. NB: I'm not trying to suggest that "my way is better", but I just know how I work.)
