Why not have a "Shuttle Services" forum where people commercial or otherwise can offer shuttle services for bushwalkers eg.

You will run foul of laws that regulate the taxi and hire car industries and if blatant there are many in those industries that will dob you in. Even if you choose to ignore the requirements for licencing of public vehicles you really need to ensure you have appropriate insurance in case of accidents and in many places, if not all, a public vehicle driver extension to your driving licence. Without these any accident could bankrupt you if you accept a payment for the service.
