mate, neoair is a model of inflatable sleeping mat put out by thermarest
neoshell is probably what you are thinking about, its a recent waterproof membrane technology released by polartec, which is one of the most breathable on the market, but there is more to the breathability of a garment than the membrane glued to the fabric
