Firstly the pack itself, a Roman Bags Bowen 30 litre day pack with two main compartments.

Which contains from left to right: a bumbag containing cooking materials; a length of nylon rope; a first aid kit; Geko 101 GPSr; 2 X 1 litre Platypus collapsable water bottles; 12 LED headlamp; microfibre towel and waterless hand cleaner; riggers gloves; moist wipes; binoculars; parts of a ration pack, biscuits, tinned fruit and hard candies; and duct tape wrapped around an old credit card.

Next is the bum bag contents:
Canteen cup, folding pocket stove, 2 swedish army folding cups, 6 hexamine tablts in an M&M mini tube, 2 brew kits with coffee, tea, hot chocolate sugar and creamer powder, firelighters, matches, disposable hand warmers, and a bag of jelly beans.

Front pockets contents include:
2 note books, 4 X AAA batteries, mini screwdriver, FRED, mini bic lighter, cup of soup, more instant hand warmers, paracetemol tablets, hand towlettes, Leatherman wave, Light my Fire Spork, army vegemite, dental floss toothpick things, honey sachet, lip balm, hiking salt and pepper shaker, cordial powders, vicks vapour drops, quickeze and barley sugars.

So thats my pack. I can also stick in a three litre water bladder if needed. This pack loaded weighs about 8kg, so gives me a good workout.
