TIP: The online
Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

As in why can't i find an Aluminium billy of about 2 liters when I want one?/
What is it with people and the Zebra range?/ All I want is something to throw in the boot of the car in the picnic set, and it can't be an A10 can because that is the stove, a 2l billy fits inside nicely and i ca boil water for tea using twigs and scrap and use wood in an environmentally fashion.
I used one of these for years as my scrounge/poverty bushwalking kit and my old billy has gone missing and i am having real trouble finding exactly the right replacement, same as I'm having trouble finding a set of Sigg dixies or an original MSR Alpine cook-set.
you know it was good; because they've stopped making it!!

Maybe disposals store or old style local independent camping store (do they still exist)?
Or some eclectic country general stores might be worth investigating? Just a thought.

Yep I keep looking, I just want a spare for when mine dies, same thing with my Sigg dixie, mine is on its last legs but over the years stuff has been lent or borrowed and never returned, lost one to Joe Friend on Feathertop a couple of decades ago; I never understood how Sigg went out of production or Raichle for that matter
