TIP: The online
Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

yes, good quality gear, well known chain of shops in nz, the best shops in NZ for serious alpine climbers, very good for tramping gear, i've bought online no problems, there was a delay getting stock once, but only a couple of days..., wait for their sales to get good deals otherwise you're overpaying....
good service generally, brother in law complained about ill fitting boots once and they refunded him the difference in the price he sold them for second hand and hte new price, hte operator really knows his stuff and is genuinely interested in providing good service....

Yep great shop. Can highly recommend them.
Purchased many times.
Free postage on orders to OZ over $100.... NZ that is so not a bad deal for us Aussies.
Shipping is only about a week.
I even purchased $100 worth of freeze dried back country meals from them once. Saved the drive into the store, fuel time etc.
Bit lazy I know but I saved a few bob in the process and they came straight to home.

I've bought from them once and all was smooth. It was the cheapest price of any site anywhere worldwide for that Scandinavian brand tent at the time.
They also have one of their guys on the forums here occasionally.

Bought from them a few times usually best or close to best price and delivery about a week
Last purchase was only a couple of weeks ago, the clearence/runout item (last years icebreaker top) was out of stock and they offered the current stock of the same item at same price
Would recommend

I have purchased from them and was very happy. I bought an Exped sleeping bag on sale for A$300 delivered when the best I could get it in Australia at the time was A$600.
