TIP: The online Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

Hi DonQx
You might be looking at the wrong tent here,
the price you quote is for the hightech sub kg Superlight 1-2, the regular Ringstind Light 1 is about $550
from Tamarack Outdoors in the UK. Still not cheap!
If you want a less expensive side entry single hoop lightweight tent
look at the Luxe Outdoors Lightwave, but the interior is mesh.

I got mine for a fair bit less than that, including postage, from the Austrian mob when they had a good special on the go.

Weight ~1.35 kg ... whichever model that is.
