TIP: The online Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

Jetboil Flash very simple question

Connects to the can with "Universal Lindal Valve". I cant get to one to see it, but it is the standard disposable gas can thread, and can use any of the standard canisters not necessarily the very small 100g ones?

Actually this is a bit confusing. The Lindal valve is the valve inside the canister that shuts off gas flow when the stove is disconnected, and has nothing to do with the stove connection itself. However, yes, both 230g and 100g canisters use the same connection.
