TIP: The online
Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

Dog,
I found out about their move a few weeks ago when I wandered down during my lunch hour to have some 'mods' done to a piece of gear, and found Mountain Designs in residence! Upstairs! Happily, one just has to cross the road to leave/collect gear for/from them courtesy of Bogong.
All the best.

I'm not surprised. City rents would have to be a killer for that kind of shop, although the cluster in "Outdoor Alley" made some sense. I note from their website that they still have a drop-off arrangement at Bogong Equipment.
