TIP: The online Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

Thermalite NeoAir XLITE

Hi All.
Got my new Thermalite in the mail yesterday and tried it out last night.
While they are expensive after sleeping on it last night I have to say it was worth the price, very comfortable and at 460 grams very lite.
If anyone is looking at getting a new mattress I would recommend this one, being a side sleeper I often find self-inflating mats to thin and my hips touch the ground making for an uncomfortable sleep.
No such problem with the Thermalite, I even had to deflate it a bit as fully inflated was to firm.
Money well spent and free postage.

I used to use thermalite in pyrotechnic rockets. Great stuff, but think you are referring to thermarest.
