TIP: The online
Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

I have an Arthur Ellis Kosciusko fairy down sleeping bag that I bought in 1974. I'm wondering if anyone knows where I could buy another the same so they can be zipped together. I'm not keen to upgrade when this one is still in good condition.
Thanks

you will probably find that the zipper will be common.
YKK 8 is a fairly common zipper size.
Id take the bag in and see if you can match it with a similar shape at a shop.

That s/h bag could work if the OP has a left side zip.

Hi I bought one in 1983 (green ripstop) The best bag I have ever owned and it is still like new. I slept in it with only my jocks on on in a pup tent on the Altiplano in the Andes. Everyone else slept/froze with clothes on and couldn't believe it when I came out my tent in jocks after a great nights sleep
