Recommended retailer on Gold coast

I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a reliable retailer on gold coast for advice on backpacks, equipment etc. I am happy to pay higher prices but being a novice, not sure if the advice I am getting is from someone experienced.

Wild Earth x 2. They even gave me a "Drive down from Brissy" discount. ~10%. Wanted to check a few things in person. Great service.
