Hi blacksheep
Ok am I correct or incorrect that Gore-tex works better the greater the heat difference between the body and the external environment, ie rugged up on a freezing cold day. Also does high humidity days further decrease the differential thus a warm humid day with Gore-tex means it is not going to breath as well as on a cold day with low humidity?

traditional? for Tasmanians? well...I am making a longer jacket than is currenly in the eVent range, yes.Brett wrote:And finally at the risk of incurring the wrath of Nuts (toaster type question from Red Dwarf) will it ever come in a traditional length jacket?![]()

PS are there any Gore-tex users that have converted to Event or found any other breathable material better?
