The poles sit in half-sleeves at the base of the tent (maybe a foot long) then the rest of the tent gets clipped up onto the poles / exo-frame. This makes for very quick setup time.

Though judging from the ease at which the guy is standing up, I am assuming its no where near 100kph. I had alot of trouble keeping myself upright at 100kph winds.
