Have had one of these for about 8 months now, we call it the Tardis. It looks tiny from outside but inside it's big. I'm 6'3" and have tons of room inside and it weighs bugger all.
The first time you put it up it will be a bit wonky but after a bit of practise you'll have it up before most people have their poles ready. I also have a Synmat which slides all over the silnylon floor, so used some

The same stuff can be used for seam sealing the tent if you didn't get the sealer from six moon. Just brush it into the seams with an artists brush, the permatex is available from any good auto shop.
Being a single layer tent you will get some condensation but the ventilation is so good it's not a big problem.
Enjoy
