3 Man Tents

I'm looking at purchasing a 3 man tent, either the Black Diamond Vista, Mutha Hubba, Exped Gemini III or Nemo Losi 3P. It will be used for mainly, or all 3 season use. Does anyone have any experience with these tents?
Also how much hotter is the Mutha Hubba HP and is it more or less prone to condensation? I like the fact that it is better ventilated than the 3 season version.

No particular experience with any of those tents other than having seen them set up. The Losi looks and feels very stable, thanks to the 4 pole design. The Vista is ginormous! The Mutha Hubba is lightest and smallest.

FWIW, I considered all of those tents (not the Mutha Hubba so much since I'm too tall for it) and I've decided to go with this instead: http://www.tarptent.com/cloudburst3.html Not for everyone, but it's got great reviews on BPL.

Hello DannyS, I went down this path a couple of years ago after we tired of taking two tents. I, first placed our mats side by side (all Downmats) to determine the minimum required floor plan. Already have a well known "3 man" tent that barely accommodates two mats! Work out all other needs,ie, vestibules, season rating, guy points & footprint size etc. One tent manufacturer that I lust over makes wonderful tents in this category but they are so long as to require quite an area to pitch them. All these things considered we purchased an MSR Holler which has suited our needs well. Think twice, buy once.

I looked at the MSR Holler randal but was concerned about the sloping walls, I haven't seen one in person but from what I could gather it looked like the useable space was inhibited by the narrow roof, is that the case? I would be open to reconsider this tent, would you mind sharing your experience with it? I will be making this purchase online so there will be no opportunity to try out any of these tents, thus the posting here for opinions.

Most spacious tent I've ever used. Sloping walls are not an issue, 3 of us sit side by side without touching the walls. Please don't get the impression I'm plugging this particular tent, its one of many we have but it is the one I chose as our three person shelter and we have not been disappointed. Joomy I'm also tall, how tall are you? Just curious as the Mutha Hubba is a definite consideration.

I'm 6'4 so 193cm. At 210 MAX length the Mutha Hubba is too short for me in my 6'6 sleeping bag. 220 is better. The Cloudburst 3 is just so light, and it seems to have great ventilation and stability with the 3rd pole option, I can't pass it up.

Edit: I should mention that while I do want a shelter that can sleep a 3rd if necessary most of time it will used with 2 people. If I were going to use it with 3 people most of the time I would look for something with more space.

I'm not as tall as you Joomy but I also use a 6'6" bag so I guess 220 in length is what I'll look for, like you I am using this tent for 2 people, if it was going to be three I'd also look for something bigger.
