Beer anyone at the end of the day?

TIP: The online Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

Beer anyone at the end of the day?

This sort of looks interesting ... a lightweight substitute for the red wine :) Has anyone actually tried it?

Beer concentrate + portable carbonator = a long ahhhh at the end of the day?

Andrew: Would only work in the snow field. Who would want a warm beer after a long day slog?

Dark beer/stout tastes better warm.

Whilst I love stout, I'd rather drink whiskey in the bush.

My walking mates and I often walk with a six pack or two between us. After a long slog in there is nothing better than a good lager, a tasty dinner and a campsite with a view!

I often drink a Jagertee. Rum, tea and sugar. Warms up the hands, belly and tongue.

Men wanted for hazardous journey. Low wages, bitter cold, long hours of complete darkness. Safe return doubtful.
