I've recently bought two sleeping bags in the last few months, been upgrading a lot (all) of my equipment. Like you i'm a very hot sleeper. I personally don't feel uncomfortable with many fabrics unless they are hard & scratchy, but I can't stand fabrics that stick to my skin & leave me feeling constricted. That feeling tends to make me flip out.
Bag #1 - Marmot Nanoweave 55
http://www.wildearth.com.au/buy/marmot- ... 1105-FlintSays it's 100% polyester taffeta, can't say i've really noticed how it feels against the skin. Quite soft, not sticky. Had a nap in it at home wearing shorts & tshirt I didn't feel uncomfortable against the fabric. When I used it in the field had a thin silk liner and was wearing thermals (long sleeves, pants, thin socks, thin balaclava) so had minimal contact.
Bag is on the small size for me really. The link above only has a regular size (up to 183cm) for sale but a large would suit me better, im 186cm. Just means it's a little short and having the hood fully zipped up will leave me way too constricted for my liking. Bag is quite narrow as well. However its my warm weather bag so won't be doing that. Have slept on a bench outside of a hut using this bag with the clothing listed above in temps of 8/9 degrees C or so. Was a bit chilly, but nothing that stopped me from getting enough sleep. Considering the lower limit is rated to 12.4 degrees C that was to be expected.
Wild Earth has a store on the Gold Coast so if your from there you could check it out in person, or maybe a local store to you may have it for sale.
Bag #2 - Cumulus Panyem 450
http://sleepingbags-cumulus.eu/uk/categ ... d=59&vid=6Hot diggity, this bag is the bomb. 100% pertex (polyamide nylon) so this could be what your after. Bought this as a colder weather bag to take on a planned NZ trip in summer 2016. Very high quality down, technical outer/inner fabric, roomy enough for a large build person. Extremely soft & comfortable. the fabric has a very 'shiny' look but doesn't stick, scratch or have any negative feels.
When used out on track (3 walled hut), temps were around 9 degrees C or so as well. Had the full thermal outfit, didn't bother with the liner due to the low rating of the bag (Comfort 0, Limit -6, Extreme -23). Had it zipped halfway & ended up ditching the socks, pants & beanie because it was just too warm.
Next time I use this bag, will go with the silk liner and reduce my thermals, probally go to a short sleeve and chop legs on a pair of the pants or just go in underwear. Corvus has already mentioned the use of 100% silk liners, personal preference though. Could buy both see how they go.
Would 100% recommend a cumulus bag for your needs, they have different models to suit your needs. Don't be put off by the overseas sale. Customer service was awesome, this was the second time i bought a product from them. Took around 2 weeks to get the bag as they are made in-house, you can discuss with them if you want the bag customised. Price was good too. The advertised price is higher as they include EU VAT. Shipping was cheap too. Came to about $330AUD in total.
