TIP: The online Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

Ultralight Fishing?

Postby tasadam » Sun 21 Jun, 2009 8:40 am

So you want to do a spot of fishing when you're out there doing your ultra-lightweight walking thing, so you can't justify carrying a rod and reel, but a bit of line tied to a stick just doesn't cut the mustard?

Today only (Sunday 21st June) on Zazz is a rather unusual gadget, a fishing rod pen.
A Chinese version of it on this ebay link...

And the original is here.

As the sales blurb says, Your dinner may depend on it!
Good for a laugh, if nothing else...
