Hi
wondering if you know of a good place to get tent poles made up. I have a 4 season mountain hardware trango 2 tent (1998 model) that needs a vestibule support (I lost it!). Mountain Hardware in the US recommend tentpoletechnologies.com as their source for replacement parts. Anyone know how to either make them yourself or an Australian company that does these type of lightweight poles? Thanks

Remote Repairs in VIC should be able to help you, Brett.

You could also try finnindustries@me.com , they do the Paddy Pallin repairs.

Also direct from the ANSCO clearance

Then cut the last one to size

Gday Brett,

What length of pole/s do you need?
I have a few sets that may work for you.

Cheers

John

Thank you, thank you :) Trying to replace a cracked pole for a friend who has an older Kathmandu tent, and I wasn't having much luck finding 9.0mm pole sections easily. Was about to go through the hassle of trying to get some from China, but now I don't have to worry!

How much do you want for them? I may be interested myself rather than getting the Chinese ones
