The EN temperature ratings were only invented some time ago (2002 is the earliest I found on a quick web search).. they did not exist for the older bags ... so your out of luck with older bags.

If the older bags existed in the past on the inter net then the web archive might get you something on them.. but you'll need some sluing to find them still ... https://web.archive.org/

Other than that your looking for people who have old catalogs in their stored stuff.

What you can do is - weigh it - the weight can indicate its age (older materials are heavier) and measure its loft - remembering that some will have lost loft through use, age and confinement.

I have a few older bags myself .. I think the oldest is a Paddy Palin Kiandra ... 1970s?

These bags can make usefull base (car) camping bags ... they may need refurbishment with fresh insulation to regain their performance.

Pictures really help here as some of those bags had several iterations over the years.
From memory [ very fuzzy memory as I never owned one] the Dedos was a borderline ski touring bag good to -5C when new.
The Travellite should be box walled and with that quantity of down good down to about 0C but they would probably all benefit from cleaning and a good long warm tumble dry in a commercial machine
No idea at all on the FairyDown but if it is PURPLE & GREEN it is one of the later ones

More pix please showing the foot ends and as flat as possible.
But
That Fairydown bag is good for snow, guessing -5 C to -8C
Lay them all flat after fluffing up and put a ruler vertically so we can see the loft. In the abstinence of any other information loft Vs weight is a good way to tell the quality of a bag and loft is telling us how warm it is
Insulation thickness being half of the loft.
