On our Overland Trip a sneaky little animal chomped a hole into our 3P Goondi........

Running out of time (I was going to mail it done for repair) I shot One Planet and email asking for a repair kit.

They’ve express posted a kit at no cost, zero, nill, zilch, nothing.

Gotta be happy with that.

Yep, they are exceptional. Above and beyond.

Yep I think I've mentioned here before but had a similar issue with a pack and they sent through the necessary repair stuff without cost... outstanding service.
