Hi all;
Looking for feedback on this tent, cannot seem to find any reviews online;

Want a roomy two person tent for occasional snow camping.
Anyone seen/used one?

Thanks!

Quite heavy in the whole scheme of things...

Yeah but not overly concerned about the weight, good winter gear is usually a bit heavy. This will be a snow tent only.

I'd not trust anything sold by Anaconda in snowfield conditions when you life might depend on good gear.
If they were using brand name poles and fabric they would be telling you in the description, as is I strongly suspect that they are all baseline generic materials almost guaranteed to fail if things get rough.
I have 20YO tents from FairyDown and Macpac that are probably stronger despite old age and not much heavier really.
It simply isn't a realistic price even on sale. To give you an idea my own winter tent cost me $1700 inline with costs from Hilleberg and such and I an a cheapskate on a very tight budget.
That said if it was just for an overnite with a good escape plan and an alternative close by I would risk it if you couldn't afford better, I've used cheap and ultra cheap alpine tents before and I haven't died yet

Looks fine at the price Fixa,
Can you put it up in the store and get a feel for the materials?
A snowshovel will get you out of most troubles if the tent fails
