When it is scrunched up it scours very nicely and all that is required to clean it, is to stretch the mesh open in some rinsing water and the foods scraps just drop out. Nothing really to get caught on and stick to, which is the problem with clothes and wipes. Any hints on where I can find some would be welcome?
I used to use these for scourers at home for items that would otherwise scratch easily. I can't remember where I used to buy them, but I'm sure I wouldn't have gone anywhere special for it, so just the dishwashing cloth/scourer section at the supermarket, I think.
It sure would rinse out easily, and would be a good idea for walking. I'll have to see if they're still available at the supermarket. I hate using a scourer for a week when I can't rinse the week-old greasy sludge out of it.
