Aldi Jetboil clone

Maybe I should have got one to trial
Just passed up at $35- each at our local store.
A bit heavier than my usual stuff but maybe I should go back and get one to keep in the car?
A bit more compact then the butane picnic jobbie that sits in the wayback with the kettle and brew-up stuff
$35- isn't a great deal of money
Anybody here taken the plunge? Comments and feedback?

Anaconda also have a clone, at $55.
Given that the main feature that makes a jetboil so good is the flux ring, as long as it looks to be securely attached to the base I'd say there's stuff all that can go wrong. Esp for $35. You can save that in gas pretty quickly.

I have a friend who has the anaconda version. Campmaster I think it's called.
He's had it 3 years now and no issue.
Unlike it's much more expensive cousin, the ignition switch is still working after this time too. I don't think I'll pay near $300 for another jetboil if these are still at this price when mine gives up.

Maybe I'll go back and get one; even tho I don't really need any more stoves; I think I'm already at N+3
I don't think they have the stabilising base so maybe that is why they are so cheap

Well made and $20 US just now.
Two versions, 600 and 750 ml

Nice but just before XMas I bought a HX kettle that works on both my little gas stoves and the XGK.
I'm going to give the ALDI unit a miss and keep using what I have for now
