I copied and modified an idea from Scott Ashdown :

my version is not multi use but at 1 oz is not a bad stand alone solution.
made from scrap material, it is just a cut down Gatorade 600ml bottle, a drinking yougourt bottle , a couple of grommets and some hanging wire.
The opaque collar is to keep the candle in the center of the yogourt bottle and is glued at the base with some silicone.
I found that when the candle is well into the burn , it should be about 8" (20cm) from the fabric , too hot otherwise.
It is water cooled. The water is poared in between the two containers.
I have had a previous version burning for many hours without any problem but of course test your at lenghth before trusting it in the wild.
The yougurt container was meant to diffuse the flame but it is diffusing more than I want it.
The previous version with clear container sanded down a bit worked better.
However it is not meant to be a reading light, just to burn some condensation and add a little bit of warmth.
