TIP: The online Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

Hi Prickle,

Personally, I'd never rely on a piezo working and would always carry a lighter as well.
If you decide you want to try and get a new piezo then I'd recommend taking the stove back to the store you bought it from and see if they can talk to the Kovea supplier for you.

G'day prickle,
Contact this company http://www.gmaelemental.com.au/contact.aspx and they will sort out your replacement (probably cost less than $10:00 ) or do what I did take it off and just use a match/lighter/fire sparker.

I suspect Prickle is referring to the "Kovea Titanium" and you to the "Kovea Supalight".
The "Kovea Supalight" has no piezo. The "Kovea Titanium" does have piezo. Neither are called "Kovea Titanium Ultralight" but both are very light. Only one is called "Titanium" but both are made of titanium. Confusing? I think they are all but identical except for the piezo.

Pretty sure that (and a million other entries) are just an incorrect use of a capital 'U'. I think "ultralight" should be an adjective and not a noun. At least that's what the Kovea web site shows. Or perhaps it has changed names and Kovea dropped the "Ultralight" to avoid confusion with the "Supalight"?
