Service Kudos to WE

I have been having trouble getting replacement hip pads for the WE breakout I bought from another member here.
After an exchange of emails I just got a call from Henry at WE and he is sending out the replacements "Express post" with a return envelope and I should expect them tomorrow.
Great service, back-up is fantastic.
