Just wondering where I could buy some of these in Australia, I know they make down jackets like this, but have not seen any fleece jackets like this,though have not looked before, I just like the versatility of being able to remove the sleaves and just have a vest, nice when the temp go's up, but you still want your core warm

you can buy cycling jackets with this feature... windproof front and removable windproof sleeves. Upside/downside is that usually there is no windproof sections on the back...ok if you're wearing a pack. Have a look at:
