Has anyone come across powdered cream in Australia? I know commercially it is sold to restaurants but I'm looking for smaller quantities.

Trust me I would prefer real cream but just don't see it lasting a day or so in the back pack!

I found a commercial supplier who will supply 25kg bags as well as bags of powdered sweetened condensed milk.

A little more than I need.

I also found a company called Rawleigh, who supply smaller tubs.

You could try a mixture of full cream milk and powdered coconut for desserts but for coffee I just use double strength FCM
Cream does come in 125ml UHT tetrapac tho
