Does anyone have some tried and proven recipes that uses powdered eggs that they would like to share?

I've personally made some tasty cakes with them.

Best one was a packet mix chocolate cake with powdered milk and eggs premixed with the rest and then just placed in an oven bag and "steamed" in the pot for 40 min. Covered with the icing it looked like any other cake.
Funnily enough that was exactly one year ago at cleve cole hut....
