Could be interesting but her intro video suggests that the recipes are no different from those found in any other cookbook!

The one interesting thing is that she has calculated the weights of the food stuffs per recipe which is great because you can plan different foods depending on your pack weight limits.

So yes, interesting but not overly revolutionary...
