I dried some humus in my dehydrator and put some in a little plastic bag for each lunch.
Just adding a bit of water and waiting 30 seconds and mussing a bit.
Make a hole in the end and sqweese out the past on revita etc
Very yummy and I will take on all walks in future.

Ah yes I have seen that done before! It works a treat with those tubes you can open at one end that are used for icing cakes. Thanks for bringing it back to my attention
