Hello,
I've cooked and dehydrated quite a few meals for a long through hike, quarter way in I have a possible stress fracture and may not be able to continue? I still have a lot of uneaten meals, there is a possibility I could use them in January but that's a long way off. How long could I expect these meals to last for, the ingredients list is; red lentils, pumpkin, cauliflower, carrot, broccoli, onion, garlic, ginger, spices, salt and pepper, a very small amount of olive oil, and basmati rice.
They've already been out of the freezer for a few weeks, but I will put them back in once I pick them all up again, if I can't continue?
Cheers,
Danny

They'll probably be fine.
If they don't smell funny going back into the freezer they should still be okay in January. That's not that long.

Cool, thanks Orion. It would be a shame to not be able to use the meals for their intended use.
