There's a lot more to the science - for a lot of people it fixes their insulin resistance / diabetic issues and evens out their energy levels. Having 'unlimited' energy without eating is pretty useful as a bushwalker![]()
I think over the next few years we'll see much more evidence produced as it's studied further.

Ehh ...? My microwave has a defrost function? .. Oh it does .. 'Weight Defrost' what ever that means .. I'll have to try that.
