Re: Watches - analogue, no fancy baro, temp stuff

When I was 10 years old, back in 78, my uncle died and I was given his not new automatic Seiko watch.
As a treat, I recently replaced the fairly scratched glass and apart from three servicing's I don't think its been touched.
The last couple of years its no longer been worn every day, but thats more a reflection of my being more laid back and less of a time keeper.
I don't own another watch and I'm thinking its likely I never will (fingers crossed) :D

Currently this one for just over 31 years. Has been serviced once by the manufacturer in Bienne 15 years ago. Weights a ton on the wrist but does what it is designed to do without issue in all conditions. Beware, it does attract cougars... :P
