Just found out Ikea will sell online. Am I the only person that didn't know this?
So the rechargeable batteries Keithy and someone else (sorry, I forget whom) referred me a while back now to can be got at easily.
240 kms return trip for me.
Charger about $4 and the rechargeable batteries AA and AAA about $20 for four.
Shop until it hurts.

Luckily we have an Ikea in Canberra. The 4 packs of NiMH Ladda AA 2450mAh - $14.99 and AAA 900mAh - $12.99 have become my staples around home. For the bush Panansonic 3400mAh lithium 18650 batteries rule.
