Overland hike December 2015

Hi all, my partner and I will be doing the Overland hike for the first time departing 7th December 2015. We are very excited and will be travelling from Lake St Clair to Cradle Mountain on Cradle Mountain Coaches departing at 7:30/8am. If others have similar plans and want to share the bus, the cost will drop dramatically (for us and you). Look them up at

We are starting the Overland Track on 8th Dec, spending the 7th Dec at accommodation at Cradle Mountain. We are planning to use Outdoor Recreational Transport from the airport, but are stuck getting back to Launceston at the end. We plan finishing the track on Sunday with ferry ride to Lake St Clair. Very happy to share transport costs on our return journey, nothing organized yet. Cheers Jane
