From the Advocate, an article about needing to book early for the OLT.
"Opening rush for permits to walk Overland Track

"For those wanting to depart on the Overland Track in peak periods, getting permits is akin to booking for a rock concert, get in quick or miss out."

Yep. That would be me. I set my alarm and was relieved my son was too sick to go to school that day, so I wasn't pressed for time before the school run.

We're a bit excited!

Never believe the news or reporters......

Currently there is only nine days fully booked.....plenty of options.

Although I have received an email confirming my booking which is weird.....might need to make a call today.
