OT Transport from Launceston to Cradle Mountain on 3rd June

I was wondering if by any chance anyone is going or planning to go from Launceston to Cradle Mountain on the 3rd of June? I'm going solo and trying to find transport that won't cost an arm and a leg. Also looking for return from Lake St Clair around the 9th June. Any advice or recommendations also welcome.
