GPS Track log

Postby paul8 » Sat 14 Feb, 2015 12:09 am

Is there a website which has a library of GPS files (GPX / KML / KMZ files) of hiking trails in Tasmania?

What's wrong with OSM and ent_world?
Men wanted for hazardous journey. Low wages, bitter cold, long hours of complete darkness. Safe return doubtful.

If you're on a track, why do you need a GPX file?
I've always found paper maps more than sufficient for navigating tracks.

I quite like having a GPS track on winter walks where there is a significant chance of whiteout navigation.

Suppose. I've never bothered. But then my high country winter walking was always done in areas I knew pretty well.
