mt edith track notes and gpx

Could anyone provide me track notes and gpx for mt Edith in the tarkine, much appreciated tc

You don't really need the gpx file unless it's totally socked in. Very easy walk. I can give you mine, but that was the firebombing trip and the return route is little unorthodox.

It can be done in a day, although the summit area is wonderful to camp on. Once you get to the main spur there are some steep sections. Route I took in (the more northerly and westerly lines) is pretty well scrub-free.
There are two large parking areas a couple of hundred metres or so south of the hairpin where the 'Edith' marker is in that shot, with a short walking track up on to the ridge north-east of the road. You can park there or near the hairpin. It's almost all open heath and sedge country - with much of it having been burnt, of course.
